New Direct Flight Between Aguascalientes and Monterrey
According to the information available on the airline’s website, where tickets for this service can already be purchased, there will be a new direct flight between Aguascalientes and Monterrey.
With this new connection, VivaAerobus will add its second route originating in Aguascalientes and will offer flights between both cities on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
The scheduled times for the new route are as follows:
Monday
Monterrey–Aguascalientes: 2:00 p.m. to 3:12 p.m.
Aguascalientes–Monterrey: 3:52 p.m. to 5:06 p.m.
Wednesday and Friday
Monterrey–Aguascalientes: 1:25 p.m. to 2:42 p.m.
Aguascalientes–Monterrey: 3:22 p.m. to 4:36 p.m.
Sunday
Monterrey–Aguascalientes: 8:10 a.m. to 9:29 a.m.
Aguascalientes–Monterrey: 10:09 a.m. to 11:23 a.m.
At the time this article was prepared, the airline was offering one-way flights starting at 232 pesos under the Zero Fare, which does not include baggage. The Airport Use Fee (TUA) is added to this amount, which is 475.02 pesos at Aguascalientes International Airport, while at Monterrey International Airport it amounts to 745.69 pesos.
This new route seeks to expand Aguascalientes’ air connectivity by facilitating access to Monterrey International Airport, from which there are direct connections to 38 domestic destinations and 13 cities in the United States, as well as Bogotá, Colombia; San José, Costa Rica; and Havana, Cuba.
